To restore the historical memory and dense atmosphere of the Vittoriale, going beyond the limits of a traditional visit. The project aims to make the rooms of the Prioria and the Clausura accessible and understandable in an entirely new way, turning the documentary and biographical richness of the residence into an empathetic, sensory and close-up journey.

A multimedia experience in Location-Based Experience (LBE) format, made up of a single continuous Virtual Reality (VR) piece. The production innovatively combines two distinct digital techniques: 360° spherical footage with native 14K resolution for millimetre-precise exploration of real spaces, and immersive virtual reality scenes rebuilt in computer graphics for the historical and dynamic sequences.

An unprecedented view of the poet’s private spaces: The use of 360° footage in 14K makes it possible to appreciate the rooms of the Prioria and the Clausura with a level of detail and focus that a traditional visit could never offer, revealing the poet’s true everyday life.
An empathetic reliving of history: The immersive virtual reality sequences allow audiences to take a genuine journey through time, offering the chance to step into d’Annunzio’s legendary Flight over Vienna and feel the emotion of take-off and flight through digitally recreated sounds and movement.
Authority and institutional synergy: The editorial and historical curatorship of Giordano Bruno Guerri guarantees the work’s absolute philological rigour, blending organically with the identity of the Vittoriale degli Italiani to offer tourists, enthusiasts and school groups an outstanding educational tool.
